At PLC Jade & Gems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that buying gemstones online requires trust, and we are committed to making the process as smooth as possible.
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation intact. Items must be returned with their original certificate of authenticity (if applicable). To be eligible for a return, the item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@plcjadeandgems.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please ship the item using a trackable, insured shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
We're happy to help you exchange an item for a different product. Exchanges are subject to availability and price differences may apply. Please contact us to discuss exchange options.
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review product details carefully before purchasing final sale items. This designation will be clearly displayed on the product page.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
